Installs preregistered to SharewareOnSale without virus alert on my Win 7 and works as a nice interface for my 10 year old flatbed scanner.Thanks a lot.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Only this allows us to continue the free giveaway.I tried to register multiple times this afternoon, uninstalling And re-downloading (manually as the normal one could not complete), even after the updated notes, but to no avail. Message said the trial was over.
downloaded and installed with zero issues.
started and scanned my first 3 docs.
Usability is not the best, but I like it.
I thought the “scanner” box would offer me the selection of the two scanners I have installed.
Desire to save the scan to MY default folder. After closing and starting the Apps appears to work
Will take some time to learn that each scan is a project so after saving, I need to create a new project.
If not new, then each scan is an append.
Otherwise, I would give 4 stars.Install and registration was quick and easy. My initial test went well, and my first impressions are very positive. I have been using PaperPort at work, and Scanito Pro at home, so of course this new interface will take a little getting used to, but compared to Scanito Pro, ScanPapyrus is considerably more robust in it’s feature set, and the UI is actually very clean. I’m looking forward to fully testing it tomorrow. Thanks @Timbus!

Please re-download the setup file from SoS site.I have never used it before on this new windows 10 machine, but when I try to register the program and my internet being OK, I am repeatedly getting a message saying: “Sorry, the key cannot be activated”, or words to that effect.
Because of that I have decided to uninstall the program. Not worth bothering.(after the registration-fix…)
Installed with no problem. The name & reg-code apparently got entered automatically.
Easy enough to use, though it takes some browsing around the menu icons & help pages for anything but basic scanning.Seems to work OK for the simple scanning tests I did, including auto-detecting my scanner (Brother multifunction) and doing ADF and duplex scanning.
It may do more with documents than I’ve yet tried — I do want to see about the 2-page-book-spread and the deskewing features. I did not try saving as anything but PDF (which open just fine in Acrobat, which is my usual PDF handler).
It doesn’t appear to do OCR or let you edit the scanned document.
Not as easy for cropping photos as the Brother utility.Seems like a good utility and even the regular price is fairly reasonable if you had to buy it.

ScanPapyrus do Oprogramowanie, Które umożliwia skanowanie Dokumentów ZE skanera i zapisywanie Ich W Różnych formatach, takich JAK .PDF, .docx, .JPEG, .PNG i .tiff.
Nie widzę możliwości zapisania jako DOCX. jak to zrobić?
