    @all:

When starting the stick with the First Aid Kit for the first time please make sure that you are connected to the internet.

Tim, I have a 2TB USB stick that I use for storing large files. If I install this software on that USB stick will it reserve all the area on the stick for its own use or only a part of the area so I can use much of the memory for other uses?

I got the key from your site so the instructions from SharewareOnSale worked up to that point but I can’t continue:
    Note-“SoS = SharewareOnSale”. “[ ]” = my comments.

SoS: Click on the link provided in that email and there will be your license key on the page that opens; simply copy the serial key provided.
[Got license key ok from link in 1st email.]
[Same serial number appears in 2nd email ie thanking me for confirmation.]
[Tried link to confirm again and got same email with above link thanking me for confirmation.]
SoS: Now, download and install SecuPerts First Aid Kit.
[Did this but “Install now” just goes to downloads folder containing zip file just downloaded. ]
[Double–clicking the zip file just extracts to a sub-folder. I don’t see a setup file and the SoS install doesn’t continue.]
[(1) What .exe file should be run to install this software?
[(2) Do I have to run “First Aid Kit – install on USB” or burn to DVD to continue?
[(3) What size USB stick is required?
[(4) Will the USB stick be formatted and any existing data wiped from the stick?
SoS: During install, you MUST select I HAVE A REGISTERED VERSION.
[I never saw this message to select.]
[(5) how do I continue the installation?]

I’ve just spent a couple of hours trying to install FirstAidKit.
There are no clearcut instructions how to do that. I tried burning a DVD ( capacity 4.7 GB) and it tells me it is too small. Tried putting it on a usb stick and nothing happened.
soooo, what capacity DVD is required? And, same question for USB stick. Would appreciate answer to storage questions above, also some guidance on how to install the program. I really need the program, my Windows 7 disks won’t boot any more.
    Thanks for your help
    DAE
