My anti-virus software didn’t like it but I was able to override it and run the software, it worked great!!

    Great program!

I used this program and first of all, updating with the database was blocked by Heimdal Pro because it was suspicious. After deblocking it gave me about 10 driver updates, also for my cpu. Probably wrong updates, after installing and downloading my CPU became very very hot and Windows crashed. Luckily I made a restore point. A few days ago I downloaded Wise driver care Pro from sharewareonsale too and it gave no updates at all while I had an update for my audio and video hardware. Were only the updates for my CPU wrong? Weird….I want to know other opinions

First off, this is great software, but it needs a little care when installing.

VirusTotal will find PUP, albeit only 4/66:

To make it work, AVAST needed to be set with exclusion for two files, the tmp for install and the exe for running it, since it will delete them during those two processes as IDP.Generic (see Virus Chest).

Other than that, it finds the right drivers and installs them nicely, except for the Intel USB 3.0 problem on Windows 7, which needs extra care (can you guys fix that please).

Thanks again for this great (FREE) software :)

Installed and started scan all of sudden my malwarebytes premium stops and throws up a flag saying the software contains ransomware . I would quickly uninstall this if you installed it ill take the word of malwarebytes over something unknown and malwarebytes rarely ever throws up a block like that and shut the software down use at your own risks folks just thought you ought to know

Unable to test, blocked by Malwarebytes, can only access their web site via a vpn. I wanted to give 0 stars, but not allowed.
