Requested serial number for shareware Steganos Safe 17. No serial number forthcoming and it’s not in my junk mail either. Can you please help

This is the second time I’ve tried to activate this software, multiple attempts each time, and the same problem exists. The activation window does not open 100% so after entering the personal serial number sent to my e-mail there’s no way to continue. NO WAY TO SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION.
Is this a joke of some kind???Installed with no problem on Win 10 64. I received the serial via email immediately after entering my email on the registration site.
I did have to look around for a way to enter the serial # because after installation, the “Safe” module opened and it doesn’t appear to have a way to enter the serial.
I opened the “One Click Destruction” module (modules are displayed individually in my standard Win 10 Start Menu “Steganos” folder). I entered the serial and then my registration email address. I’m registered.

Steganos installed the trial version. After clicking to the registration page per Shareware on Sale instructions, I received an email, in German. Google translated it as thank you for signing up for our newsletter. No license key or any info. Still, after waiting an hour from the time the newsletter acknowledgement. I hope I won’t have to re-learn my German to make use of that as well.
Trying to go through the process again eventually gets to a message that my IP address has been used, so no registration.
