The real issue of this program is that Tenorshare the developer of this program has NOT updated this very ancient program since March 2017 and that is the main reason many users who are running Windows 10 are having a lot of issues with this very old program version.
Tenorshare must get off their lazy behinds and release a new and better version that will be fully compatible with Windows 10.
Until then just skip over this bad and poor old version.

Hi, it’s worse than that, This is a repackaged old version and then giving it a new version number. v3.1.0.0
Check in Program Files(x86) – The ISO is from 2014-08-04 and the .exe is v3.0.0.1 -2017-03-20
Also it doesn’t indicate that it is registered.

I thought I made a mistake and checked it against the old version on another computer.
It’s almost identical apart from changed UI , but functionality hasn’t changed.
Hence the problem experienced by above posters..

It was able to get me back to a place where I could at least boot and do some other tasks post-boot to get my previously “dead” laptop back to a functional state. By itself, it doesn’t recover the machine, but at least gets you to a place where one can use other tools to repair the problem.

Does not work. Boot disk / USB creator works, but CD or USB will not boot. In the F12 Boot Drive selector, it loops back to select the drive again. Waste 2 CD & burn time, wasted time to Burn a 16GB USB that also did not work.
Using Win 10 Pro 1607.14393.2214 with random Black Screen on boot, an unable to update Win Pro to latest release due to improper Win 10 hidden partitions. Was going to buy before I found this on SOS, glad I was able to test.. Thank you SOS.

Well, we tried again, giving Tenorshare the benefit of the doubt. D/L’ed again, reinstalling the program. Now I get “Error: The ISO file path is invalid !” The bigger issue is that Tenorshare has no brick an mortar address, the “About us” tell us nothing, but how great they are. The License wants everything, but there is nothing in return. Are they in China? Russia? Ukraine? Israel? Is Pegasus being installed??
