Downloaded twice Code 8235 shell exec ex failed. A referral was returned from server. Cannot install.

For an inexperienced person, this would be completely unusable. I have a pretty good idea of what I’m doing and the first thing that comes up when selecting “reinstall Windows” is another window asking for the ISO and defaults to Documents. If this ISO is actually on the HD then this should at least default to where that image is. Secondly, I’d like to point out that you do actually have to have an installation image for this to work which the description hints that you don’t.

I have downloaded this program now many times but I always get a 0kb sized file that does not run when clicked on. This problem is not my computers problem.

Haven’t used this software yet, but I’ve been having issues with my computer and need to re-install Windows, so look forward to trying it.
In answer to one of the other reviewers, if you haven’t made an ISO image of your Windows, it won’t be on your computer.
However, you can download a Windows installation file from the Microft support website.
Make sure you select the correct version you currently are using, (i.e. Windows 10 64 bit Version 1770), and you can download the file. Go to System Info through control panel to see which version you currently have. Using this download, THEN, you will have to create and burn the ISO image on to a CD/DVD or USB drive, or place it on your desktop if you prefer. That’s it! Now you have your Windows ISO file to use.

Mark, I know that you can download and create media to reinstall windows but the software here says it’s not needed.

Program installed fine but when I went to register it, it says JDBUH83K-WALCSUVS-TPAYEGSU-FKH5NPR8-GPAHYZCB-AKJUJNWU
this serial key is no good.
