My pc cannot install the program I use windows 10 32 bit

It can add and subtract it’s own section, here’s the default:

You’ll have to observe the related domains for any site that uses more then the default plus www.
Though it is super simple to work around, for some willing audiences, having a robust HOSTS file may be useful, and this can help somewhat, at their web site, they offer suggestions on how to toggle this using Windows scheduler.
It appears to not touch other sections in our HOSTS file, so whatever we insert using Spybot Search & Destroy, SpywareBlaster, and other means will stay.
What’s this worth?
Alternatives are using freely available DNS that filter, such as:

Look in”
"C:\Program Files (x86)\XenArmor\WebsiteBlockerPro\WebsiteBlockerPro.exe"… and from there, send a shortcut to the desktop.
