[@yataguebou] I disagree with lumping Wise Care in with other tools. I’ve used Wise Care 365 for many, many years. It has reliably freed up disk space that was stranded by Microsoft’s Win10 updates, browser caches, stranded Registry entries associated with deleted/defunct applications, and other Windows defects that accumulated with time. I do not let it run on its own schedule, but rather run Wise Care manually about once per month. General operation and boot-up performance are noticeably better each time. Give it a try. This is one of the better tools out there (FWIW, I also use Glary Utilities, because each software finds slightly different clean-up opportunities, AND both software have NOT caused any observable damage to the working Registry, which is a worry with other free tools I have tried.)
