I also highly recommend Clipdiary. It took me a while to figure out how to turn it on and off (right-click task tray icon, then click Monitor Clipboard) and how to quickly delete entries (Ctrl+Del keys, you can click on one and shift-click on another to select a big range and delete all at the same time), but it’s one of the few things I ALWAYS have running. I may look at Magic Complete again in the future once they squash some of the problems.
