Unfortunately when they send the confirmation # everything is in Chines. Then you have the link in English for the customer service then again everything is in Chines. Then the speech to text conversion limited for 120 minutes?! You can buy more time ,but you can use YouTube unlimited speech conversation for free in several language. Anyway YouTube far more professional and versatile an it is 100% free.
