A question I’m hoping several people can answer:
I quit using IObit products several years ago when they started acting more like a virus: popping up ads and announcements several times a day without any indication what program was showing them, getting in the middle of buying things online without my permission, installing “related” products. When I uninstalled their products, I *think* things went back to normal, at least what I didn’t experience all the popups and ads anymore.
Have they started respecting their users yet? They had good products, I just didn’t like the way they thought they owned my PC and could do whatever they wanted. I keep hoping they decided to succeed based on good products and support, and not shady behavior. Any opinions?
