There are many video editing programs out there that do the basic stuff, but nobody has mentioned audio and/or subtitling. Does this program allow more than just basic work on audio tracks, can it include external subtitles or can they be typed in directly? Or (something that is very difficult to find) can it enable extraction of hard subtitles (e.g., from mkv)?
