Once again I tried this product, and once again found it useless. I tried to transfer four programs from my old laptop to my new computer. It transferred the software for all four but failed to transfer the serial numbers and registration for any of them. I can re-install programs on my own, I needed this because I no longer have the registration info for these four. Yes it says that some programs may not transfer the registration. But 0 for 4?
