I had version 2.2 of this on WIN10 from a prior giveaway, and had pretty good luck using it to clone system drives that I previously had to use LINUX tools (and a lot more adjusting) to make. I installed this V3 trial, followed the prompts about automatic uninstalling and using the old folder, and when launched, could not find any “activation” or “license” button or information in the new running software. When checking the “Check for Upgrades”, it reports I am current on 3.0, so without using the key, it appears fully licensed, likely with the old registry info.
Note that the internal “what’s new” for 3.0 is only a cleanup of the UI and improving the CREATE BOOTABLE DISK option.
