I’m glad to hear some of you are having success with Backup Pro 26. For me it was useless. After I installed it, it wouldn’t make a backup due to an external “hard drive being corrupt.” I did a complete format of the drive and tried again. This time it repeated the same problem. I went out and bought a new 7 TB Western Digital external hard drive. Tried again, it then said my connection was faulty. I ordered new UBC-C cords for the EHD. Tried again, another problem message. I finally uninstalled it and found an easier backup software to use. Don’t get me wrong; I have lots of Ashampoo’s software, and I like them all. It’s just this one must have hated my computer. Tech Support was useless; I never did get the software to work. I hope you have better luck.
