Hello, when clicking the download link on the checkout page for the first time, a pop-up page may appear. And downloading from this pop-up may result in a 401 error. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please use this quick fix to get everything working:
1: Uninstall the current software.
2: Download it again from the checkout page. If a pop-up appears, close it and click the link once more.
3: Make sure your downloaded file is named “SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_VideoProc_Converter_AI.exe”.
4: Run the installer and activate the software.
