Thought I would add my two cents here. I had no trouble installing this software by following directions given exactly. Once I copied the number from my Ashampoo Account, I went directly
to the little box where you are supposed to type in or past the number. I did notice that it
had already pasted a number which is not the number that was just given to me. I had a bit of
a time removing that number, but once removed and added mine, I now have the software installed.
I do plan on removing it as the fish that I would love to have are locked. Which means you have to upgrade to get that particular fish. I must admit that they do give you a pretty good selection of background and fish to add to your tank. I love the whales. Since I do not leave my computer on that often, I do not need this as a screen save. But thank you Ashraf and Ashampoo for this opportunity.
