The version given away is the latest version of this software. I purchased a lifetime license for this software after using the give away from here years ago. I am able to download and save videos from the web as stated in the description. When viewing a video on line and you wish to save it, simply pull up this software and it usually adds the website you are viewing into the area to download. If it doesn’t you simply hit the record button in the software to enable the area you are viewing and then hit download. I haven’t needed to use support, but I can remember when I did, that they helped to solve the problem. This of course was after I purchased a lifetime license.
