The latest American Power and Gas bill shows a different supply rate from the previous one even though my usage pattern has not changed much. I can see the numbers on the statement, but I am not sure whether this kind of change is normal from month to month or tied to the plan itself. Has anyone compared several bills in a row and figured out what usually causes the rate to move? I am mainly trying to understand the pattern before contacting support.
