[@toja24] Been getting that often on recent downloads using IE 11. Must be the result of some win update or something. Anyway, select “Download” not “Run” on the bottom popup, then select “View Downloads” on the popup, right-click (or was it double-left-click, I forget) on what you downloaded, and finally “Run Anyway.” Of course, only do that for downloads you trust.
