That implies to me that the free version must have even tighter limitations, which brings me to my questions –
Say we install the Pro version that SOS has generously arranged for us.
And a week from now a family member asks for help.
They do not have the Pro version, so they get the free version.
I assume that we can connect to them ?
In a years time our Pro version will revert to being a ‘Free’ version
Which brings me to my next question –
What are the limitations of the Free version ?
