After installing the program, it places an icon in the System Tray. Right clicking the icon has a Launch choice. The program appears to start painting its dialog, but never finishes, and therefore the controls never get to be usable. Also, the dialog is not movable (attempting to drag from the title bar does nothing). When the dialog is in the background, clicking its Taskbar icon does not bring it to the front. I find it odd that multiple copies can be “Launched” as well. The System Tray icon also has a choice to Exit All, which does at least get the opened dialog(s) to close. If the program does not finish filling in its dialog, then it has a serious problem.
