I have run into the same problem as other users. I’ve been a member of your site for years, and since you have included the Customer Hub, I can no longer download your giveaways as it will not allow me to download on my Windows 10 64-bit computer. I am very disappointed, as I have gotten quite a lot of software from you over the years
