At the moment, we do not use a digital certificate, so the Windows give out a warning.
Please, run installer as admin. That needs to register com dll -FileEncrypt64.dll
You can use file encryption program! But, in your case, you can not encrypt files when you right-click on it.
You need register dll for that. For that you need run installer as administrator. Push right button on installer and select “run as administrator” option
