[@Gareth Jones] When you open the program, at the top will be “LOGIN”. Click on that and it will ask for your e-mail and password that was given when you downloaded AnyVid. That will register the program. But do not “LOGOUT”, otherwise it will unregister the product. I already tried this and it worked. Hopefully, I am giving you the correct information.
