When you go through the installation process, there is an option to CREATE DESKTOP SHORTCUT. After checking that you want a desktop icon, the installation program does NOT create a shortcut! You have to do this manually from Program Files >> Lopesoft in your C:\ drive (or wherever you have the program installed).
