I uninstalled, reinstalled and followed the directions to the letter as before and this time the Pro Version install took.
I suggest all having the issue I had, uninstall it, reinstall to see if it fixes the issue like it did mine.
I had CintaNotes on a prior notebook a few years ago and found it useful. Thanks for the opportunity to install it again for free.
