Interesting tool, but is missing the things that would make it useful to me. Perhaps others would like it. here are some thoughts.
the magnifier needs
– options for shape round, oval etc.
– the ability to zoom with wheel
– the ability to outline the magnifier border, change color and size of magnifier while active
– the ability to screen capture a portion of or entire screen with the magnifier active (cut and paste into presentations and how to)
ditto for the measure tool,
