The download never completed. It seemed to be finalising the process, but I waited several HOURS while the ‘spinner’ went around. I was unable to close the download program or proceed to any other application. I finally rebooted the computer and gave up trying to download the program.
I was surprised to have this issue, as I have used previous versions of the program successfully.
