There may be a few glitches on the presentation, referring to the older v9.6 that was in a promotion a while ago, but if you click through to the download page, even though it may show the text as the 9.6 installer, the tooltip in the web browser notification bar shows that it is v11.4 SOS edition. It is the correct download. Not sure if they can fix the typos, sorry about the confusion, but it is the right download if you ignore the typos.
