I am sorry, there is no Russian version. indeed, we have not been able to recently make multi-lingual releases. Perhaps in the future.
Perhaps you can find a way to translate the text strings that are needed for better understanding. You can export all loaded text string resources into a text file. Then you can translate the data in it.
If you are into software localization, or are interested in trying, be aware that PD Artist has a feature to export the software strings (menu ietms, tooltips, dialogs…) from the main program. At least many of them.
Look here: menu: View > Utilities > Save localization string table…
The file is saved at the top of the C: drive: C:\DogwaffleMenus.txt
The content is structured text. I recommend using Notepad++ to make changes.

Each line has two strings, contained in “double quotes”, and they’re separated by a comma. Don’t change the first string, that one is the name of the resource. The second string is a single-word or multi-word text that you can change to another language.
But I think that’s it for now, I don’t know how to load it into Dogwaffle when you restart the program. We had this working a while ago, there was a GErman version, and I think I did a partial French version too, or someone did, but I don’t know if it worked with anything but Latin script. Cyrillic might work. I doubt the CJK languages are ready for this. But it could be done, in theory, I’m sure
