[@Ivan Taylor] To be a little more specific, I’ve never seen this problem in 20 years. But like I said, sometimes things can get confused when installing as files are extracted to the temp folder if older files have locks on them. We suggest rebooting and re-installing just in case.
I haven’t been able to determine the nature of exactly what Paintslate is, but I can see that it was available on another free download site. It appears to be some kind of drawing tool.
