I am having trouble installing this program. I now have numerous copies in my download folder.
Since I had a previous version installed, I eventually uninstalled it (which I now regret) thinking that could be the problem. Then I tried to install this version.
Have tried to unzip files, using just the installer as is from the download. Neither have made any difference.
Has anyone else had this problem? (using Win 7) Found a way to make it work?
Yesterday I had a different problem on my Win 10 laptop.
This program is one that I use about once a month, so I really want to get it reinstalled!
Does anyone have any ideas?
