I downloaded it to my sons computer as an administrator. It would install but would not run. I got frustrated with it and deleted it. You get what you pay for!

Please note, it can take to about 1 minute to run first time after installation. Please try to click the HT Parental Controls desktop icon.
Could it be that your antivirus blocked the launch of the program?
Some rarely antivirus may mistakenly determine threats in the program and block it since the software contains monitoring features. In this case, you need to pause your antivirus, install HT Parental Controls and then add it to the trusted list of your antivirus.
