Computer also seemed to have slowed down considerably, had to uninstall to regain that speed.

It seems that the program installs two Dlls to run at startup.
1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Perfect PDF 9 Editor\weprvw64.dll
This creates thumbnails of your pdf documents for when you’re viewing a folder in ‘thumbnail’ view
2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Perfect PDF 9 Editor\weagent64.dll
This is a context menu handler – obviously adds some functionality to the windows right click menu
I have disabled both of these from running at startup (using AnVir Task Manager) and it does not affect the functionality of the program.
These Dlls may be the reason your computer slowed down.
