I had version 6.1 from an earlier giveaway. I tried to use my Shadow Defender to uninstall this version. However it required a restart of my computer to complete the uninstall. This made Shadow Defender useless. I ended up installing this over the previous version which went smoothly. Thank you for the upgrade.
