This software does not actually install on my Windows 10 system, meaning it does not leave an icon on my desktop to show that it has installed. Each time I need to use it, I need to go through the installation and registration process using the .exe installation file provided in the downloaded zip folder. This renders the software virtually useless to me. Is someone able to explain why it will not properly install and remain on my system even after it has been registered as the software seems useful if I don’t have to install it each time I wish to use it. I have multiple uninstall software on my system and 1Tree Pro does not show up as being installed on any of this software.
