[@Scj393944] Some programs are junk, but others such as this, CCleaner, Ashampoo WinOptimizer and Glary Utiolities are not. You cannot expect to run the program and speed up old hardware, but it will make it easier and faster. Getting rid of old/outdated entries, no longer used shortcuts and duplicated files relieves pressure on the system. Many newer uninstallers are great but the old 1’s missed a lot of leftovers, and programs such as this Wise Care roots out the junk. Don’t let 1 negative result tarnish their images.
