I had an awful time trying to get novaPDF 9 Standard to work properly. When I tried to use the PDF printer I would get error messages and I was even told when trying to print to a pdf file to download and install the program which I had. I had uninstalled doPDF (Softland) prior to running this and afterwards doPDF wouldn’t install properly. I could have contacted supported but I don’t think it’s a problem they could fix. I think the problem has something to do with the Windows 1903 upgrade. Anyway, I did a system restore using Aeomi Backupper Professional and went back to the time just before I uninstalled doPDF. Now it works properly. I presently have eXpert PDF 14 Ultimate and it works very well and I have doPDF as one of my PDF printers. I’m sure not everyone will experience the problem I had with novaPDF Standard 9. But I am going to pass on novaPDF 9 Standard for now. Hopefully, other people will have better success than I did. I wonder if downloading the license file rather than inputting the product key might cause the program to install correctly and run properly.
