You have to do a complete uninstall of novaPDF 9 Standard. I would suggest downloading and installing DoYourData Uninstaller Pro 5 offered for free here. Use this uninstaller program to completely remove novaPDF 9 Standard leaving no leftover files. Restart your computer. Reinstall novaPDF 9 Standard but use the trial option before activating it. When you find the program operating the way that it should, then activate it. Again restart your computer. If you are still having problems, you should then contact support from Softland. You may have to download a replacement exe file.
