I’m not sure if this issue was caused by Wise Registry Cleaner installation file.
How did you download the file? By the browser directly, or a third-party downloader?
You can right click on the file and choose Properties to check if the file is completed. Wise Registry Cleaner installation file size is 3.12 MB.
