[@Gary] I had a computer available which I had recently imaged so installed FastMove to take a quick look. Installation did not access the Internet but running did for registration (but not when run after that). The main menu includes options to export to an attached disk and to import from one (as described in the comment preceding yours), so apparently does not require transfer over the Internet in such cases. When time permits I’ll see whether what gets recorded on the attached drive includes the Registry information required to allow the software to achieve what it promises. Whether this requires two licenses in order to run FastMove on both source and target machines I don’t know.
