I download & installed the program this morning and tried it out.
First of all when I would right click to find the MSTech in the menu, and then click on it, it would come up with a faint outline of a rectangle box and then nothing.
So I opened the program itself and tried to change some folder icons, and it would arbitrarily change sometimes and then not change sometimes.
I finally gave up & uninstalled.
I found a free program called FolderIco that does so much more than this one, so I am using it now.
They have tons of free icons that you can download & import into the program, and it works great.
Just my 2 cents worth.
