Judging by the comments of sites and forums, then for the version of “RecMaster Pro 1.0.11” (maybe you have a different version in this case), the following remarks are valid:
1. When registering – the Internet must be turned on
2. When it opens the program – the Internet must be turned on to check the licenses, and this is a very big drawback, as the server may crash.
