Many times this publisher will offer old, outdated programs or stripped down versions of their current programs. The hope is the user will want the newest program and will buy it. There is nothing wromg with this strategy and their registration process is not nearly as convoluted as other German publishers. What you need to decide is if this version will meet your needs. If so, you should download it. If not, look elsewhere.
