I followed the shareware on Sale download page, it says
“Now, download DENOISE Projects and install it. During install, you will be prompted with a screen where you must enter the USER ID and REGISTRATION CODE you received earlier. Enter it, click OK, and finish installing. Next, run DENOISE Projects and you will be asked to enter a SERIAL NUMBER. In that box, enter the REGISTRATION CODE you received earlier by email and click ACTIVATE NOW. After that, enjoy!”
