Followed the installations carefully, input the supplied User ID and Registration Code as instructed.
However on opening the program I am greeted with a popup that tells me “30 days remaining” and saks for a ‘Serial Number’. None was supplied. I tried entering the supplied ‘Registration Code’ but that was rejected.
How do I get the requested “Serial Number”?
Please advise.
