When you have received an e-mail with a blank password it means that you have created an account on MyDraw’s website in the past. The registration info are the credentials( e-mail and password) which are used for activating the software.
If you receive a message “invalid username or password” please check if you have requested a password reset( make sure that you have confirmed the changes). Make sure there is no spacing and click on “Activate with MyDraw account”.
“Failed to connect to activation server”
Before you start the activation process, please make sure that you have disabled your Proxy while activating the software, if you have any.
“No available licenses found for this account”
If you have received this message, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected] so we can check your account details.
