I tried several times to install Pro version 1.25 (from GAOTD?) ON 7/3/2019. MalewareBytes quarantined it repeatedly, and I gave up. The same thing happened today, 7/10/20. But the reviews were so good (the newest review was 11/15/17) that this time I disabled MBAM’s real time protection and it installed okay. However, I had to reboot to turn real time protection back on. $%@#$$@# :>) Then MBAM flagged several PUPs in Advanced System Care and several files and registry entries in IoBit Uninstaller Pro as a virus. I’m going to email IoBit about this to see what they have to say. If I have too choose, it’s MBAM over all IoBit products. Hope I don’t have too choose. Does anyone reading this have any comments? All help will be appreciated.
Just tell Malwarebytes to ignore IObit and remember.
