Try different browsers, folks, Englemann’s website is perhaps not up to date on their security, I get this from Google Chrome Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit) calling from the US Washington DC area:
“… Your connection is not fully secure
This site uses an outdated security configuration, which may expose your information (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards) when it is sent to this site.
NET::ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_VERSION
The connection used to load this site used TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1, which are deprecated and will be disabled in the future.
Once disabled, users will be prevented from loading this site.
The server should enable TLS 1.2 or later.
Proceed to [ https :// service. engelmann. com/redirect/reg-onlinetv-15. php ] (unsafe)
Proceed to [ https :// www. pnlm. de/r/get/request ] (unsafe) …”
And as such, I wonder if Engelmann’s outgoing sending email broadcast server ALSO has deprecated security, such that our own email receiving services immediately mark incoming messages from Engelmann as insecure, and discard them, rather than deliver them.
That said, a round-trip email confirmation from engelmann arrived immediately ( as spam ) to my paid Yahoo email account, go figure, in which I click a link, and it brought me back to [ pnlm . com ] fulfillment and a license serial number and a direct download link for the software.
As always, try different browsers, different emails, and even try ( free ) VPN services to move yourself around the world until you find a place, even a virtual place, where this works.
Let us know is anyone overcomes the blockage.
Note, I’ve been having horrible internet connectivity problems since trying to get the prior SOS offering of Badosoft Connectivity Fixer Pro to work, such as, it cannot connect to reCAPTCHA on this comment right here, ( I had to flush DNS resolver cache … the 9-year-old Badosoft Connectivity Fixer Pro giveaway software couldn’t identify and fix the problem on it’s own ) oh well, these offerings seem to be for older, deprecated versions of each vendor’s software, even the vendor has moved on from these, so what do we expect?
